Yo, what the pre made items that you turned into meals REALLY show is that there are no excuses, especially the “man I don’t have time to prep or eat right” It’s all doable stuff. I for one appreciate you keeping it real with the “dang I ate too much this weekend, time to grind” or “I’m really pressed for time but here’s a work around” 👊🏻

Super Happy to see the growth of the channel, been watching for a little under two years. Editing, recipes and the content in general is always fun, informative and incredibly approachable as a dad working a nine to five ( those are my favorite ) who definitely needs the motivation from these videos :) I watch you and Nick Bare almost exclusively and genuinely hope the channel gets to that viewer ship level because your channel deserves it. I love the fact that you straight up admit that sometimes in the year can be difficult to maintain your goal (IE cutting or bulking) because of real-life stuff like birthday parties or relatives coming to visit, it really adds into perspective how long and commitment-demanding of a journey fitness is in general instead of flat-out trying to become a robotic gym rat who's sole purpose is just to cut and bulk on an endless cycle. It makes me personally feel alot better on my fitness journey and feel like every single mistake i've made can be made up with consistency and steadfast effort on pursuing my goals instead of losing my motivation and discipline for a momentary set-back. Love your vids man, hope to see you make it big one day.

Your knee pain is probably coming from sitting too much. Get a standing desk. And when you sit too much your glutes and hams get weak causing pelvic tilt which also hurts knees along with super tight it band. Try to test for APT and work on fixing it if you do. I had the exact same feeling of my knees wanting to blow out of the skin yaha

Dude, DO NOT microwave your Megafit meals!!! Just heat them up in a nonstick pan with some olive oil spray. Makes such a huge difference! I usually would heat up the meat first and then add the rice or the veggies, but you could do it all at once too!
