レシピ通りに作り、たった今夕食を終えました。ソフリットとマデイラ酒のなんとも言えない甘味と深いコクが最高でした♪また作って！とリピオーダーが入りました。ソースは約1000gの出来上がり量で、500gのタリアテッレにソース750g使いました。このレシピで10人分くらいになる思います。 人参の薄切りが苦手なんですが、包丁をやや内側に向けているようですね。

以前からオススメされていたマデイラ酒、買ったんです。 どんな味なのか確かめようと、アルコール分を考えて、ロックで飲んだら、おいしくて、料理に使う前に飲みきってしまいました…。 今度は料理にも使いたいと思います！ 牛バラ肉とかでも良さそうだなー

ラグーのパスタとはなんと贅沢なw タリアッテレとあわせるとはボローニャですね! ラザニアもしくはドリアにしてチーズたっぷりかけて食べたら白ワインがすすむことまちがいないですね。

ずっと気になっていたマデイラワイン🍷を注文しました。 アルコール弱くてお酒は飲めないのですが、ワインだけは大さじ2杯くらいなら大丈夫（笑）なので時々舐めてます😅 料理に使うと格段に美味しくなると知ったので購入‼︎ めっちゃ美味しそうだから届いたら早速作ってみます！😊
