My wife left me after 27 years. I had absolutely no warning. Everything seemed fine. She was my best friend and i wanted nothing more than to be with her for the rest of my life. I was devastated when she told me she had been wanting to leave me 2 years prior to this. Never talked to me about it. Never shared anything about why. Turns out as I was working she was having an affair. Trust me. I can relate to how he felt. But would never go to that level. Been over 3 years now and it still hurts. But I could absolutely care less for my ex. Hating someone you loved with all your heart is one of the greatest pains ive ever felt.

It sounds like Kendy was unloved, abused, scared, alone in her marriage, and looking for love wherever she could find it. It’s so sad when a happy, upbeat, loving, outgoing person gets with a boring, grumpy, controlling, domineering stick-in-the-mud who ruins (or even takes) their happy life. My narcissistic ex-husband promised me all the love in the world and pretended to want a real marriage and connection. As soon as we were married, he turned into a controlling, critical, emotionless robot who wanted to be alone all the time and couldn’t stand it if I wanted to (God forbid) leave the house to do a fun activity. Poor Kindy and her family.

It doesn’t matter what the situation is with your spouse, if you are set in getting a divorce, move out first before you plan to ever send the divorce papers. Living under the same roof, especially with a controlling person and bringing home a divorce petition while having an affair is nothing more than asking for it. I feel terrible she died, but some people can only take so much. There is a “lot” of anger when a spouse totally betrays you, and for a controlling man, well it’s no surprise he lost it, with her right in front of his face. You gotta think and remember: other people (your spouse) do not feel good when you’re cheating on them and leaving them: it’s tough.

This is another sad story where women stay in the home or go back to the home after asking for a divorce…don’t go back to the home…we’ve seen it time and time again unfortunately end so tragically.

Interesting that only the living and generous and beautiful are victims of violence. Seriously, she was cheating. There’s rarely a totally innocent victim. There’s usually some antagonism involved… some action or word that triggers the offender. I’m certainly not saying she deserved this, she surely didn’t. I’m just saying she was living with a bear and instead of getting away from the bear quietly, she decided to poke it first.

At least she somehow has 3 of the glass chickens from an entire china cabinet full of them. He sold her Grandma's whole collection at yard sale, wouldn't let his granddaughter or his daughter have them or any momentos. Worse, Kendy's son (and little girl's Uncle) stood there and enforced when his sister tried to even buy any heirlooms at the yard sale when she found out about it happening and raced over.

The 1st medical examiner who performed the original autopsy should have known better; the multiple bruises throughout Kendy's body, her broken jaw and the bruises to both sides of Kendy's neck should have raised suspicion. Surely, there was something else going on here.

Leave quietly and quickly, in silence. Report all physical abuse to police, get restraining order. Move in to rental for time being, you can buy a new house later when you're done with divorce. Don't lose your life to that predator. And yeah, that "crying" was so fake, its just disgusting to hear it. I knew immediately he is the one who did it. Poor lady fell victim for his sick games. RIP beautiful ❤

The problem with that, in the UK anyway, is you have to report it yourself as an adult. A woman I know was being ab*sed by her son!! Scrams down her neck..he's huge and she's terrified. I told her I was reporting it and she ok'd it but she was scared. The authorities refused point blank to do anything because she would have to call herself! She was too scared to in case they took her other children from her. What a mess!
