What if our schedule only allows us to skip breakfast/lunch, and eat dinner rather late? What would you recommend for people in this situation, how can we adjust the food?

If your schedule only allows for late dinner, then i would advise a light dinner with limited liquids (to decrease likelihood of gastric reflux), and have a hearty breakfast instead. If not hungry, you could also just have breakfast, late lunch and then skip dinner altogether.

@@lexcellencehealth thank you for the tips! I tend to not feel hungry at breakfast, and can’t go to bed feeling hungry/on an empty stomach 🫤 I will try to modify the contents of my dinner to make it more easily digestible. Thanks again. Your videos are very informative :)
