Would using one of those cigarette lighter headlights be good as a hard wired to battery ones? Would this be safe to use all day as a headlight, (does it get too hot or cause electrical issues in your car)?

the "cigarette light port" usually is not rated for high current apliance like those lights. There is a high chance that the wires that are conected to that conector will catch fire. I have no idea what car u own but most of the cars have 10A or 15A fuse to it that is rated for 120W or 180W to prevent fire. But if you do what my friend did... that he just put there 30A fuse... well his port was shortly on fire cuz that cables were not rated for that power consuption

Would the aluminium support provide the same type of rigidity to the lights as a nudge bar or bull bar? I am concerned about vibrations on long trips.

There is a very small amount of vibration but I haven't found it being an issue. Making sure the mount is fastened firmly on your bumper does make a difference too.

As you've installed it with plastic bumper support and not with steel frame, is there any wobble on rough roads?

It’s fastened to the steel bumper too. No issues with wobbling.
