Norway railway relations are also incredible. Especially in summer, it looks like 17 o' clock in Slovenija, when it is more than 21 in Norway, thats something unusual for me. I've also seen winter night condition with heavy snow and wind in Norway. But in Slovenia it can be the same terrible condition in the winter with heavy snow and wind called burja. See relation Ilirska Bistrica - Pivka - Postojna. It is terrible to be even a minute out of shelter in a such conditions....

Your videos are among the very best i have seen on KZbin - thanks very much for all your time and effort. I noticed you did not halt at Stubica; are (some of) the stops only by request (like on a city tram) ?
@dulevoz7 жыл бұрын
The ride was planned long in advance. It was the time when the sun was best illuminating the route. It had to be a specified train departure time. I usually do a window washing before departure. This is a must for good video quality. Sound processing and data insertion into the video takes an average of 3 days per hour of recording. It's a very demanding job to get a maximum good result. Therefore, I am very pleased to hear such a view of someone who is watching my videos, thank you! :) In Montenegro and Serbia there are no trains that stops by request. This departure, according to the timetable does not stop at Stubica.

Hi, me again with a question, throughout the trip, like at 45:35 we come to a dead stop. There is a sign marked "S". What is the significance of this? Thanks, Dana Mack
@dulevoz7 жыл бұрын
The symbol "S" represents "Place to Stop". This means that the forehead of a train must stop in front of this sign when stopping the train on stations.
@janezblond53352 жыл бұрын
I am not a insider, but in cozntries of former Yugoslavia, the S is a sign where train has to stop on a station to be confortable for passwngers get out from train on a peron or to climb in.

what is that tube like thing going over the train at 56:12?
@dulevoz7 жыл бұрын
This is the pipeline. The water from the mountain to the valley was carried out here. Large pipes are needed because of the large amount of water. This water is used to run the power plant turbine at the foot of the mountain and there is long pipeline to achieve a high water pressure.

Great video, man! Some question. Why the train stop on the road crossing when he already entered in the cross area? Any way. Why the unregulated road cross is count like "problems"?
@dulevoz7 жыл бұрын
Thank you! The train was not stopped exactly by the rules. The engine driver do this to prevent road vehicle drivers from moving ahead of the stopped train. Montenegrin railways and transport infrastructure are quite unregulated concepts. This is one of the reasons why trains stop in front of unregulated road crosses.
@Agent8687 жыл бұрын
Amm... As i see, the train driver stopped the train ON THE ROAD CROSS - not in the front of it. He stop the train when already entered the cross area. What's the point of it? Any way. If the train will to continued driving, the road vehicles any case can't crossing the road )
@dulevoz7 жыл бұрын
The point of it is to prevent road vehicle drivers from moving ahead of the stopped train and this way of train stopping is not by the rules. Our trains stop in front of the road crossing whose signal nad safety devices are defective.
@Agent8687 жыл бұрын
For what yours trains stopping in front of the road crossing when safety devices are defective? As i understand it's the car drivers problems if the road crossing are unregulated.
@dulevoz7 жыл бұрын
These are irregularly constructed road crossings. The State has not approved their construction. People built them on your own. There is a problem. The railway considers them "wild" :)

Sjajan video!
@dulevoz7 жыл бұрын
Hvala.

I am going through them again, and though I don't get tired of your superb and beautiful work, a new one would be welcome. I had asked a week ago and before that (2 times) and did not hear back from you. Could you please reply and give me a hint? (PLEASE, PLEASE!!! :))))) ) As always, regards, Dana Mack
@dulevoz7 жыл бұрын
Hello! I like to keep viewers in suspense, but since you are so kindly asked, then I made a precedent :) :) You can expect a new Cabview video in about a month, two, probably an interesting ride through the largest railway node in the Balkans, the Belgrade railway node :)
@joannemack46747 жыл бұрын
Wow! I can hardly wait, but recycling through your other superb cab ride videos gives me pleasure meanwhile. Will the ride be of some length? You probably won't answer that but that is okay. Warm regards, Dana Mack
@dulevoz7 жыл бұрын
For now I would not be able to answer that. It depends on the development of the situation during the recording and the train from which the recording will take place. I'm glad you like my cabviews and I wish you maximum enjoyment.

What's the point of stopping the train once it had already passed several meters over the faulty railway crossing?
@dulevoz7 жыл бұрын
Sometimes train drivers stop the train several meters over the faulty railway crossing to prevent the car drivers to cross the tracks ahead of the train. This is wrong and not according to the rules.
@cosmingogu7 жыл бұрын
great video!! but what are the road crossing problems?
@7anthillmob7 жыл бұрын
I was wondering the same and why stop on the crossing and not before?
@dulevoz7 жыл бұрын
Road crossings have been built and never included in the railway safety and signaling systems. Train drivers are easier to stand on the road and prevent the pass from driving cars in front of train.

@dulevoz7 жыл бұрын
It can be. On the mountain railways in the train braking zones, fire, caused by sparks, often occurs.
@killsalive17 жыл бұрын
Here in Montana while working on the former Milwaukee Road we had to have a "fire patrol" following trains in times of extreme fire weather. It consisted of 1 man on a speeder with a 5 gallon water pump and a portable phone just in case. Very boring job.

We do not have such a control system, but luck is that trains have not caused large fires. Mostly burned sleepers.

Pozdrav Dule, imam jedno pitanje.
@milanputnik7984 Жыл бұрын
@duloo97 Pozdrav!

@dulevoz6 жыл бұрын
Glupostima nema kraja.
@vauxhallchevette58586 жыл бұрын
@@dulevoz Da, zabelezio sam to. I to staje nepotrebno i to nakon prelaska tih premina. Nema nikakva logika.
