This Halloween is only 1/100th of normal. Before, people dressed up more and had more fun. With the coronavirus and the consequent wearing of masks, I feel more embarrassed than before. Also, it is not the heyday of cartoons, so I think that is part of it. As a Japanese person, I would like to see Halloween return to the way it used to be.
