Но смысл был от точечной сварки, если автор в итоге перегорел акб при усадке бутылки... Термоусадочный рукав для того и используют, чтоб он быстро усадился и вы не успели нагреть акб.

Про 8 параллельных акб вообще молчу, такое допустимо только в дешёвых сборках. Если вам нужен акб на долгое и стабильное использование, параллельно ставьте минимум акб.

That's at least 200wh. Legally you can't have batteries totally over 100wh in total. In most cases the airport security will turn a blind eye even if you have a laptop/phone/powerbank/portable console that usually exceed that 100wh limit. But coming with such a large battery at the airport is basically acting like a 🤡 searching for attention.

Реализация хорошая, а с точки зрения физики всё очень плохо. На сколько ампер рассчитана эта самая BMS плата? Как правило её рассчитывают на 40-60 а. То есть если на неё подадут максимальную нагрузку, то вот эти самые ленточки которые выдерживают 12 ампер просто нагреются очень сильно и расплавят изоляцию, что может привести к пожару. Надо делать несколько слоёв вот этой самой никелированные ленты.

Никелевые ленты есть сильно разной толщины. На камеру ты это не отличишь. Будем надеяться что автор пользовал толстые.( Хотя есть сомнения ибо вот тот мини сварочник вряд-ли потянет толстую варить)

I like the thriftyness but you should use insulation under the BMS when you fold the tabs it will rub on the side and short out that cell and cause problems.

You can buy a 25 slot 18650 battery pack for around 25$ and a 35 slot for around 40$. I got 3 of the 25 slot ones and they work great! Just stick the batteries inside and they work great! Took a bloody AGE to charge at 5watts but I have phone power for days!

Don’t bother. There pants don’t give you a good weld and he’s not going to be able to use that for much more then charging a phone that’s probably 0.05mm nickel at best guest anything that needs high draw current you want 0.2mm really I have 36kw spot welder and that will weld about 0.9-1mm of nickel on full power witch is mentle

Yea too bad this isnt legit. The one thing that gave it away? Well when using a bottle of that size and cutting it even when you shrunk it around the pack you would still see the parts where you cut. That being said its no wonder why your comments section is full of people who are smarter then you.

You can see the open ends of the shrunk bottle, where it seems he cut off the excess material. I had to look twice to see it myself though. At first I thought the ends were completely closed, which didn't make any sense.

Those look like plated strips. I hope you accounted for their Resistance and lack of current carrying power. As long as that pack doesn't need to pull more than 20 amps total you should be ok. If you used strips on each series maybe 30A on the series connections but you would need a copper wire for the "well" closest to the external positive and negatives. Or If you used pure nickel the whole way and connected each cell for the series connections youd still need like 3 layers of .15 at the well to pull anything close to what this probably needs. You may not melt down but you definitely are spending 25% of your capacity to heat generated. Best of luck brother. Pure nickel the way to go. But as far as workmanship A+ sir
