How come you like to ride in Berlin ?
@thepassionofthegoose54724 жыл бұрын
@@hlolkukuku Interesting, large city with a variety of streets, etc. Also, the division from the previous east/west split makes for two very different cities in one. People are cool as well, which is always a plus.
@hlolkukuku4 жыл бұрын
@@thepassionofthegoose5472 I argee to all of your points. But people in cars are so mean and cruel and really fast on bigger streets and allees. Kinda Scary on the Roads. So you cant really Split lanes between cars, except when there is traffic jams.
@phatLeptosom4 жыл бұрын
@@hlolkukuku i agree, riding in berlin isnt per se good or special. its just the only real metropolis in germany where you can do city riding all day. and thats fun, but its street routing, cobbles and traintracks, awfull lot of bikelanes, flow of the traffic, maniac drivers and the fact that its FLAT AF make it not better to ride in than hamburg or other north european cities imho. but its the best city in D, isnt it? i always miss it when i leave.
@hlolkukuku4 жыл бұрын
@@phatLeptosom You’re absolutely right. I think why I personally like to ride in Berlin is more because of the city itself. Meeting with friends, going to bars, clubs to events, sightseeing or other nice views and the people you actually encounter and meet are superb and super friendly! With a bike it’s very much enjoyable time. The routing can be a trouble if you only follow google maps. I lived for 14years there and I visit it pretty often. Over the years you kinda get to know where, when and how you can ride different styles or whether you need to ride more chill and be safe. But the flow is indeed very awful and can be unpredictable at times.
