I would prefer to have the shower close to the sleeping room, and the toilet-only bathroom on the lower floor. But very nice otherwise.

Personally I think the upper bathroom is unnecessary. Make that a closet or even do away with the space, creating even more room in the house 👌

Hello, this is beautiful. I have a question about the costs that u listed. I LOVE that you list the estimated cost. But, you said to build it unfurnished is 7.5-19k (usd) but after that u said it is 150-190k (usd) to build unfurnished. So I was a bit confused. Do you mind clarifying? Also would it be possible to give a price to build with it furnished with tiles, paint, panels, stair railings and things like that on your videos? Or is that what you do already? I looking to purchase a few of you designs and would like to know which ones I could actually afford to make without the furniture/appliances. Thank you
