Guys, seriously. The dispatcher wasn't "being nice." He was doing his job, keeping the 911 caller talking while he located them. When a little kid manages to call 911 they send an officer out to see why the parents didn't know, like to make sure they are there and not incapacitated (drunk, etc). He was just very talented at keeping the kid talking.

Adorable ! My 7 year old called Kids Crisis Line many moons ago, because I wouldn't continuously give her money to make long distance calls from a payphone to her 'boyfriend'. You find these things out years later. The lady who answered asked her if she could write yet. "Mummy would probably give you money for a stamp because it's much, much cheaper ..." some people are so thoughtful and willing to help in any small way. She was probably relieved that that's all the problem was, though my daughter thought it was the living end! Still makes me smile to this day.

Must comment. .. it's not possible for a kid to read at 4? I was at 3. It's not possible for a kid to be in school at 4? I had friends in kindergarten who were 4. It's not possible to have homework in kindergarten? I did! It's not possible to talk that good at 4? My first word was at 6mnths old and talked like that at 4. So some people don't learn all that as fast. .. doesn't make it impossible.
