Namaste🙏 hansa ma I'm suffering from urticaria since 2 year I'm student and it is vere difficult for me to deal with it I took so many medicine from different doctor's but their is no ant permanent treatment for it... please please help me and some of the people who is suffering from it.... their is too much itching and redness on body ... Mam I love all ur videos. I am 33 years old . In my early childhood I had Asthma. When I turned 7+ years, asthma got converted into an allergic cold. For almost 25+ years I was suffering from an allergic cold. I saw one of your videos on kapalabhati and Anulom vilom. These two helped me a lot. Now I am free from my allergic cold. Hi please follow yoga workouts from Satvik movement. Pick any video which has good stretches and do it regularly. Or try suryanamaksar video by Satvik movement. It will help you for sure

In europe a day behind the desk starts at 830-900. travel begore is mostly 1 hour. so good luck cramping this kind of routine in 1,5 hour or less every day.

6-10 am Kapha time is for sleep for you or else 10am to 2 pm that's pitta time and will help rejuvenate body. Must wake to eat before 6 pm, digestion moves with the sun so take meals between 10 am and 6 pm no matter what, when get cravings have fruit or seeds soaked overnight. Try it and see?

1) before sunrise- clear gut-warm water kapha phase (6-10am) 2) clean tongue &eyes Jal neti Physical activity asana surya namaskar walking 3) shower follow by prayer mediation 4) nutritious breakfast 5) work- short break(brisk walk, body movements) Pitta phase (10am-2pm) Work / usual activity Before lunch 10 min walk briskly After lunch 10min walk slowly 100 steps Vatta phase 2pm to 6pm Consious relaxation Light work With Nature(light stretches, mediation, deep breathing) Herbal tulsi sea sunset (light diya offer prayer & meditate) Cough phase (6pm to 10pm) Light dinner by 7pm Family time Reading Playing Bed time preparation Calm body by foot &head massage Loose comfortable cloth 10pm to 2am is pitta phase of night Fix time for sleep around 10 pm Quality sleep Vatta Phase (2am to 6am ) Period of lightness & completion of cellular repair Uninterrupted sleep Meditate/mudra/pranayam 6am cycle restart

Practical routine: five minutes asana five minutes pranayama five minutes om chanting five minutes trataka for eyes then bathe, pack breakfast and groom. Leave for work.

Mam, I woke up everyday at around sunrise. After taking warm water, jeera water my motion is not come. So I have to walk ,kapalbhati, stomach massage throughout almost 2hours. After that my motion come. That's why I couldn't use the morning time properly. Please help me how can I reset my bowl routine. ?

Namaste. Its important to understand the cause of the problem. If it is stress, diet or activities you do through the day then we need to make lifestyle changes. You can add adequate water and soluble fibers in your regular routine.

Agree but if you sweat a lot and have to work then it's best you do yoga first and then bathe as bathing twice may be too much for your time schedule

I have few questions 1.. 20 min walk is enough for a day for glowing skin ang flat stomach? Or we walk 30 min? 2.....tips for thicker eyebrows & longer eyelashes 3...how much ghee should eat in a day?

For 2nd one use castor oil daily. Believe me my eyebrows and lashes have grown longer after few weeks of applying the castor oil.
