Compiling the changes made to monks since this video was posted: - Tiger Palm requires only one application to get full effect. - Tier 2 talents no longer cost Chi, and so should ideally be used on cooldown. Chi Wave is currently recommended. - Ascension is now the recommended Tier 3 talent, since it now also increases energy regen. - "AoE" on 2-3 mobs is now a bit better thanks to Storm, Earth, and Fire. Cast it on the mobs you won't be attacking directly, then resume your normal rotation.

in mop they spread out your damage so that stormstrike did more damage and lava lash did less that was a basic that was explained a lot (also been playing enhanced since bc) also blizz has stated that the dps of enhancement shammys would come more from active cooldowns rather then spells, so things like keeping spirit wolves on cooldown, fire elemental totem, and ascendence. My dps has actually gone up since cata and i see my self on top of the meters more often then in cata

If you look at a lot of Top Parsing WW logs, you will notice that they use its maybe 2 times throughout an entire 6-8 minute fight, because 99% of the time, there is a better button for us to be pressing.

Its incredibly important that people know how Fists of Fury works. Fists of Fury is not a good Cooldown. Its incredibly situational and most of the time results in a loss of dps rather than a gain. If you are going to cap energy while using it, even for 1 second, it is a DPS loss. If Rising Sun Kick is going to come off CD for even a moment while casting, it is a DPS loss. If you are under heavy Haste effects, even though it scales with haste, it is a DPS loss.

It's really annoying when you're mastery pops while energizing brew is up especially when it chooses Blackout kick which is our main chi dump, otherwise it's really fine.

fists of fury does do more dps in aoe because the more targets you got the bigger chance you crit

Mastery is good as hell now guys, Mastery and haste!

not many changes really, mastery increases the amount of increase from tiger eye brew, which until you either get rune of reorigination, or very high gear like ilvl 522 it stays our least stat. once you have 5 to 7k haste go with crit, rotation is the same.

My problem is, the Home and End key won't let me scroll out any further than the normal amount regardless of what I change my max distance to. I play on a laptop. Is there a way of scrolling out that far without a mouse scroll wheel?

Nah, he doesn't do it for extra views. Pretty much everything said in this vid still applies so it's pointless him making a new video, this vid is still relevant so he updates the title to the latest patch version so people looking for a 5.3 guide will find this vid.

rising kick did 340k somthing dmg with no hit cap or exp cap and with 448 ilvl. while my enhancement shammy's laval lash barely does more than 120k with 5 stack of searing totem. and he is capped hit/exp with 480ilvl. now blizz is nerfin shammies more...
