One wrong thing. You said you should use focus fire when you have 5frenzy stacks but if you have a bestial wrath coming up you should save those stacks because your pet get more dmg with the beast within and attacks faster with frenzy stacks. But a good guide

The video actually covers this but doesn't directly say it. It gives a short run-down as to what to do up until a Bestial Wrath and then directly mentions to avoid using non-direct damage abilities during the buff. Due to the time it takes to prepare for that phase, your stacks should have built up to a high level. Generally what the video implies will work in almost all situations but there is a more advanced way of dealing with the buff like you have mentioned if you're trying to squeeze out those odd extra pet attacks.

idk but i prefer use the talent Thrill of the hunt and Blink Strikes + Glaive Toss, and i use this stadist: Hit and Expertise 7.5% you said it, and i use Mastery-Critic and Haste, i can see more dmg in raids.

Riising, do you use ask mr robot for your reforging and what not? and if so, would you mind sharing the specific stat weights that you use? I'd really like to know because i am currently using the default T16 build for PvE and it goes haste, crit then mastery but i dont know if the actual stat weights are viable. Im a 570 hunter and i dont know if it makes a difference as your ilvl moves up or not

Ok so the reforge is Agility->Hit and expertise->Crit->Mastery if you have the lengedary cape ok is strange the Icy veins says Agility->Hit and expertise->Mastery->Crit but i ill use your reforge is looking to me best and more attractive

will you be doing a Marksmanship guide at any point? i'm slightly confused about trinket choice with the SoO trinkets being proc-based, Assurance of Consequence is awesome but in the second slot, is a flex Harromm's Talisman with BIG Agi proc worth taking over the Timeless Xuen Agi trinket (both fully upgraded obv.) with it's constant +1785 Agi stat?

Yes Pkscarr, simply put BM = Ebon Ticking Detonator Flex/Normal/Heroic > Timeless trinket + Assurance of Consequence. Survival = Assurance Of Consequence + Haromm's Talisman

On the mastery/crit part, ppl should use reforge plots for this stuff because while Crit may have the highest scale factor in my haste/mastery gear(just as an example), going for it is still a DPS loss in the grand scheme of things.

Hey everyone, my main is a hunter. Here is my opener macro. There are no conflicting GCD's in this macro so they all pop at once. Straight after this i use serpent sting. Hunters mark before the pull. /cast Virmen's Bite /cast Blood Fury /cast Bestial Wrath /cast Rabid /cast Spirit Beast Blessing /cast rapid fire /cast stampede For my tank pet, a turtle, i use this macro if i am in danger of dying. /cast deterrence /cast disengage /cast shell shield /cast cower /cast mend pet /cast [target=pet] misdirection /cast growl /hunter's mark An all over utility for your pet: /cast [@pet,dead][mod:shift] Revive Pet /cast [nopet,nomod] Call Pet 1 /clearfocus [@focus,dead] /focus [@focus,exists]player;target /clearfocus [@focus,noharm] /petattack [@focus,exists] /petfollow [@focus,noexists] This calls your pet, revives your pet, tells it to attack, tells it to stop attacking.

opener is hunters mark before fght, virmens bite 1 sec before, then stampede, serpent sting, rapid fire, bestial wrath, kill command, glaive toss, spam arcane shot then use bestial wrath on CD, DIRE BEAST IS TERRIBLE, YOU HAVE THRILL OF THE HUNT

Iron hawk is so much better than spirit bond in almost any fight. Except seigecrafter bc your out of range of the healers but the damage reduction is so much nicer. Unless your healers suck ass

Alastairo why would you use glaive toss for everything? Barrage is by far better for aoe fights like galakras, shamans, spoils, immerseus, norushen and even sha of pride. Do you play a hunter bro?

I'm 588, barrage has a longer cd than glaive toss and glaive toss does a shitload of damage, if you use barrage then you are wasting time in which you could be using arcane shot, in Heroic Garrosh, I get to 1.5M dps on pull by using GLIAVE TOSS and multi-shot with bestial wrath and thrill of the hunt
