Very nice guide. I'd like to answer a couple comments in this. Mangle>shred bc the extra damage to bleeding targets isn't worth the energy cost nor the chance to have bleeds/SR fall off with little combo points. I personally used the lfr Rune over normal assurance (until I got my HTF one ^_^) simply because of the proc mechanic of the trinket. It was still a dps increase despite being lfr version. Again, love the guides. Bravo!

Hey guys, i want to ask something. In cata haste was better than crit, in other words when you have hit and exp capped, first priority was agility, then mastery and when reforging you should go for haste from everything, except agility and mastery. Now that we have a talent that restores some energy ( not much though), this guide says crit comes on top. I personally believe that haste is still better than crit especially if you are just starting in pve in MoP, cause you will find yourself unable to use anything due to lack of energy, thus, the more energy regen, the better. What do you say about this Agility>Mastery>Haste> Crit, if of course hit and exp capped. I still play MoP in a private server. What are your thoughts on the subject?

i always see people recommend Soul of the Forest in the 4th tier of talents but they never talk about why Incarnation is not a viable option in fact i think this is the first guide that explains why Soul of the Forest and not Force of Nature, but it still does not explain why not Incarnation, my guess is because of it's rather long cooldown to effectiveness ratios. could someone please explain why Incarnation seems like the worst choice for everyone out of the tier 4 talents?

Good guide. Only one thing i found wrong. You can not use tigers fury and berserk at the same time.

Unreasonably Sane the way i do it is to dump all energy cast TF then hit berserk that way i have 60 energy to start using at half off.

Why do you build combo points with rake instead of mangle/shred on opener and during berserk?

With a RoR proc it makes rake hit a lot harder than shred.

can i get a decent dps in feral spec with all my tank gear reforged and such ? i got 565 ilvl and feral dps trinkets but .. a lot of gear has haste and crit so not all have mastery... will i still be able to a decent amunt of dps TY!

Depends on the rest of your gear, but I've had times where I forgot to swap over to my cat gear from my bear gear, compared to my normal dps in cat gear the damage can vary from around 20%-40% less damage than a cat would in proper gear of the equivalent ilvl.

Use Mangle when you have all bleeds applied OR, if your Savage Roar/Rip are going to fall off and you need Combo points, then you should Mangle opposed to re-applying Thrash. It really depends on the situation.

em think rune of re-origination should be swapped for assurance of consequence..lets say you have the flex version it reduces the cd rate so you have tigers fury every 18 sec..combine that with the set bonus you get free 3 combo points every 18 sec

***** Rune is only bis if its hc or thunderforged otherwise normal or higher haromm + detonator is better than rune. The ppm is too low on rune on lower ilvl than hc/thunderforged to be bis, also the passive agility. I dont know if this guide is aimed towards hc geared ferals but i suppose not since youre talking about how beginners can start with hotw and hc geared shouldnt really need a guide. I just think its important to point the difference in ilvls out so ppl dont think they cant get any better trinket if they have rune from lfr or whatever. Not trying to complain on your guide or anything, its a really good guide, i just think ilvl difference should be included for people who havent got heroic rune. Also rune gets better the better gear you have, more crit and haste = more mastery.

That's not right. Even LFR Rune beats normal mode SoO trinkets. Plus, if you have access to Heroic SoO trinkets, it's highly probably you can go back and obtain a HC Rune...

I would not advice RoRO to a new player in feral, if you can't use it well enough you loose tons of dps, and you forgot to mention that small part that only the heroic and heroic thunderforged are better than the soo normal ones. I would say use Assurance of Consequence, it helps smooth out your rotation by a lot, and works well together with the 4set bonus.

***** Correct me if I am wrong but, RoRO's usefulness scales with stats on your gear, and without getting into much detail here, catus basically agrees. The LFR RoRO is not worth keeping at 540ilvl and above. Unless you have the hc or hc tf RoRO it is better to swap it out for trinkets from SoO. This is all based on what I have seen most top ferals doing/catus sims etc and ofcourse reading up on fluid druid..

umm. Feral is the Top DPS in the game (sustained.) So they're output is there. Feral is one of the Top dps too, though they're not really good at cheesing, or bursting really high.

I just rolled a Druid about a week ago and hit 90 a couple of days ago. It's pretty complicated, but so rewarding when things fall together. The damage of a feral...it's amazing. But, again, it's tricky. You have to take your time and watch for little things to happen before going through with your next move. It's very refreshing. I like it a lot.

it should be on a high pop server, I'm not in a roster, just play random& oqueue, and got 6/14 HM already 568ilvl (with rune). But My Dps is not really high in some cases!! dont know what more to do, I think it may be because my 561 weapong form malkorok, (just replace it with garrosh relik), lets hope inmerseus gives it to me soon.. my dps on garrosh today was 275k, not bad I think, but think it shloud be higer... When I play with ppl onf my ilvl I stay 1 to 3 at most bosses, but raiding last week with a guild with at lest 15 dps 575+ I stays on the lowest! ( notice i did 240-260k on protectors/sha, the where from 450k to 350k :( I'll still working on my rotation with rune, and lets see if I kill garrosh HM before netx content.
