As always, there's the fact that portions of a business may need different locations. From your Google example, I would say that the office is footloose, but the servers are definitely bulk-decreasing; they need to be closer to people so that more people receive a stable connection. Love your content

in this case it is bulk increasing as they are nearby customers, bulk decreasing is when they are nearby raw materials ! :) good luck with the exam today!
