“Year 0” is when investment is made. “Year 1” means that one year has already passed. Adding “Year 0” makes counting full years easier and more visual

Since this video is about circular business models and sustainability, I might as well ask a question I have about the paper 3 we sat. If the business provides affordable, sustainable housing to families, is it addressing physiological needs from Maslow (since it's providing shelter) or is it addressing safety needs from Maslow (since it's making people feel more financially secure)? Or both?. Also, if the wording of the question was 'with reference to business management motivation theory, explain human need', does that mean we couldn't use maslow and had to use other 2.4 motivation theories like Hezerberg? - the wording was different/more general in the specimen paper 3... . Also, any last minute advice for paper 2? We have it tomorrow

maslow is still a motivation theory so you can use that i'm pretty sure and it can address both physiological and safety needs
