When I start to have anxiety sometimes it's because I'm thinking of a happy moment of the past
@charlottesreadsthings2118 ай бұрын
The "more than anxiety" moment in this video is trying to see moments of anxious feeling as an opportunity to practise change: allowing it to be there without pushing for it go away. To practise breathwork or something else instead until it passes.

I have experienced debilitating Health Anxiety for over a year, i’ve tried every medication with no success, the side effects trigger the health anxiety symptoms. I’ve had TMS and ECT treatments which made me feel worse. Then i tried hypnosis with a experienced hypnotherapist and it has actually helped me a lot, I was taken back over 30 years to the first time in my life where i felt the symptoms of anxiety. Something clicked in my unconscious mind and now i am slowly healing. Listening to you before i started the hypnosis helped me understand in detail what is actually happening to me and allowed my unconscious mind to listen to my higher self easier. Thanks Denis 🙏🏼

I pray you find peace! You’re not alone. Exercise, exposure, therapy, eating well, and most importantly, faith and prayer and Trusting God .. all of these things will help! Just take it easy on yourself mentally as you surrender and move forward 🙏

Oh yes! Good one here. I’ll allow myself to relax into whatever it is I’m doing. I see many people in a day and I sniff out anxious energy like a K-9. I put up my shield of protection. I.will also use this mindset Sometimes when I get home from a busy day, no one in the house, I light a candle and stare at it and try to shoo away any thoughts like a mosquito. I can feel a massive heartbeat through my entire body. I will use the colour breath here. Wonderful. Thankyou! ♥️

I get morning anxiety sir, sometimes the whole day I feel anxious. And now the biggest problem I have been facing is that I cant even feel like eating even my fav dish, I cant even consume the basic food..I work so I need to go to college daily, I cant even take my breakfast properly, I feel as if my food pipe has been stuck with glue, i get dry mouth dry throat, and yea the most imp I cant even deal with my students in my colg..I get anxious when I have to do a class, sometimes I feel like I jst dont want to speak or make any sound, its hampering at my workplace also. Feeling so horrific sir. Day by day just trying to control all my physiological symptoms is making me feel like I not a normal person like others. I am watching all your videos it gives so much relief after listening to you.. but sir, I want a permanent solution I want to recover and heal completely otherwise everything, my hard work that I did in my past, all my good things will go in vain. I want to recover from this horrible anxiety.

I think my anxiety is exacerbated by chronic pain and some cognitive dissonance with some meds I'm taking. Still, the morning anxiety exists no matter what "lies beneath" so mainly it's just getting up and doing anything. I am not usually experience fatigue but kind of frozen. It's so hard to move from getting up, eating breakfast, brushing teeth. I hope it will go away. Everything seems like such a big deal to do but just basic things. I think I will be able to adopt some of the ideas you present here. it feels like a lot of work and I hope this state of mind will get better.

Night time is like Sunday scaries. I didn’t do enough with my son. I didn’t clean up around the house enough. I didn’t have a chance to stop and see my mother. But I don’t have weekends off so I get this twice a week. Mornings are like waking up with an anvil on my chest and a bowling ball in my gut. The recent loss of a family member, along with some challenges at work, have really set me back to my old ways. I need to work on things. 😢

Your mindset is wrong. It mustn't be seen as a chore but something you get to do for the betterment of you. He may be the greatest gift from God to you, if you can only realize how some of your interactions with him trigger you which old the parts of you that still need healing.

Not sure if it answers your question. But I've recently learnt that my childhood of "fear of failure" be better kinda situation destroyed my confidence.. so the anxiety was built from there.. for me moving forward it's about perspective, letting go of my control, adjusting my perfectionism.. it's really helps me sift away my irational thoughts..
