That beard you've got now makes the ankle lock at least 10% stronger 🤙great stuff! Some people hate 50/50 in the gi but as long as you know all of your options you can spend plenty of time attacking your opponent if they are stalling.

Hello coach Tom. The last part of the video (around minute 14:10); I could not see clearly how you switched from the heel hook to ankle lock grabbing UKE left foot; as the camera was in front and not behind it, to see the transition more clear and then the application of the ankle lock belly down.
