Ben, how heavy in kg do you normally use for curls, shoulder press and bench press?,Do you just use one set of dumbbells?. I'm assuming you need to up the weight periodically to keep making strength gains.

Depends on the rep ranges I'm going for. But typically I'm using different weights for different exercises so I tend to do more resistance band exercises or cables so I'm not having to switch weights all the time. And yes I need to increase sometimes but I've reached a limit on how much I can safely do now

I'm getting a colonoscopy on the 30th of this month. Scared hope it fixes me though, anyways I'm so ready to get to exercising with you if it's successful. 😔😔 pray for me yall!
