@@thisismickj am on low Carbs, less fats, zero Sugar, and high protein diet...simple diet like lots of eggs, chicken breast, sweet potatoes, whole grain brown bread, brocoli, spinach, avocado, fish, protein weetabix, almond or semi skimmed milk,Zero fat Greek yoghurt,Bananas, kiwi, garlic and ginger, bilton or lean beef jerky . 90% WHEY isolate protein powder, Creatine, multivitamin, CLA and Thermo fat burner pro, Ashwaganda, omega 3, and Glutamine. Remember the more you work out and more protein less fats and less sugar the more lean muscle you will build 😊🤩🔥💪💪

I actually remember seeing this fella at the gym. I won’t give away the specific location in case he wants to maintain his privacy, but this is definitely the Gold’s Gym in Virginia that I use to work out at before moving. Good to see he’s still doing his thing.

Seeing so that a state, in general, is pretty large and there’s nearly 30 Gold’s Gyms in the state of Virginia, it would be pretty creeper-ish to try and narrow down the one he was in. I would still say I’m protecting his privacy. Lol

I’ve never been interested in taking steroids because of the results I’ve gotten without taking anything. People taking steroids are so common now that it’s become the norm. It’s just that they won’t really admit it. If I was taking steroids I would tell people simply so that they don’t get false expectations. Happy to hear that you are still going 🙌🏾

General rule of thumb is more weight results in more size, particularly with larger muscles like pectoral muscles, if I'm not mistaken
