Number 3 is VERY complicated because it is hard to catch on to their language and terminologies while you are stuck into your mind trying to remember what you learned about the company and every answer you practised! Also, don't be nervous or desperate. Go into the interview with the sincere desire to land the job, but also be comfortable with not getting it. I've found that when I've gone into job interviews not really needing the job, I tend to be much more relaxed, confident and better at responding to the interviewers questions. In short, I'm not a bundle of nerves when I know I'm just as well off without the job as I am with it.

Reggie Turner exactly, I’m not for manufacturing responses. if the job does not feel right for you it’s perfectly ok to reject an offer. Similarly if you get rejected it’s ok. I highly recommend asking for further clarification/elaboration for questions you don’t understand. I’ve used this in my interviews and every time I have been able to give a much more clear and concise answer after they provide more information. Sadly most of getting a job and promotions I've noticed tends to be "do I want to work with this person", it has little to do with "is this the best person" it's entirely about the fact that'll they'll be chatting to you for perhaps years almost everyday, so you could be not great at the job, but if you are passable and have similar hobbies / they generally get on with you you'll have a much better chance of getting the job than somebody who is incredible at the job but they can't discuss sports or whatever with. I know this as in every job I've had I end up with employee of the month, and current job I get 270% productivity, but does any of that help me get other jobs even within the same company? hell no they want a new friend not an incredibly skilled employee.
