thanks Don, some great tips ! Interestingly, when I had a Zoom interview a few months ago, I had no nervousness, which is the complete opposite to my usual in person interviews....however it may have also had something to do with being interviewed by the tech people I'd be working with, and didn't get any BS questions like "why do you want to work here ?" etc

DON! I hope you read this. I recently applied for an internal job I was certain I wouldn't get. I am historically terrible at interviews and hadn't done one for many years. I found your channel, watched as many of your videos as possible and followed them all step by step as far as I could. Thanks to you I have finally understood how to do interviews and to not let terror take over. Two interviews later and today I was offered the job with such glowing feedback. I'm actually shocked. I can't thank you enough for sharing your tools. They almost exclusively helped me achieve this. I feel confident about my skills now. :)

I recently got unemployed and I've just received a confirmation I'm hired for a big Tech Company, with an amazing job, salary and a package of benefits that would envy anyone. The tips you give are for real, so if you want a testimonial video I'd be glad to provide. I've followed all the tips and, guess what, THEY WORKED! You're a genious and a fantastic guy! Thank you again! Jorge, from Brazil.

I am actively searching for another job although I am employed the environment where i work is so toxic I need to leave. Thanks to your videos my confidence has gone from 10 to 100 when searching for these jobs. I have been to second interviews recently and when I learn more about the company turns out they are not the right fit for me. what a change of dynamic I want to make sure they are right for me as I should be right for them. This time i am looking out for me too so i avoid falling for the same trap as I did with my current employer.

The only way to overcome this fear of interview interaction that to put your self in the position that u apply for and try to act like I'm the one u looking for I remember my first panel interview was horrible because I tried to relay on memory so my brain jammed and stick to specific details

Mostly useless advice here. If you want to do well on an interview, learn all you can about the company and specifically what the hiring manager's pain points are. Then have an honest conversation about how you can help address those pain points. Honesty is the key. Otherwise you could end up talking yourself out of a good job, or worse, talking yourself into a bad job. This mumbo jumbo about imagining you already have the job won't help. If nervousness is the issue, just breath and remember that you're just talking to a person. No different from any other person.
