1.When I wake up I drink 1.5 liter of water. 2.then running 3 to 4 km and 3 km walk total 7 km daily at morning. 3.break fast 5 egg white and black coffee. 4. lunch only vegetables soup and salad. 5.green tea at 5 pm and one apple . 6. then 1.00 hour workout.cardio etc. 7. lunch 4 small roti and chicken 100 g and milk 1 half glass without sugar.🔥 4.
