Those 5 tips are gold! The only tip I would add (or the one that you have missed probably) is to ''grab'' the floor with the fingers and squeezing the hands hard instead of just a lose hand/wrist/fingers.

Thanks! Definitely a great extra tip :)

I just finished practicing handstands & I noticed this on my phone. OMG!! I’m almost there but you really did straighten out my practice! I’m so happy to know how to go about it now. Steps 1-5. This is fantastic! I have a direction. 😀

Thanks for this! I've been training handstands for a little over a year now, and I can comfortably say that I have become pretty good at it! It's a super fun skill. :)

Overall you mean we should avoid following mistakes:⬇️ 01.Sticking to the wall too long. 02.Jumping directly into the handstand instead kicking. 03.Walking in handstand while falling. 04.Trying straight handstand too fast. 05.Not practicing enough.

I could be wrong but I think leg flexibility can help a bit when kicking up. What do you think? I'm going to record myself and see what I look like. Thanks for the video.

It could help a bit but it won't be the limiting factor most of the time :)

I recently made Handstand my prio, I can hold the ChestToWall Handstand for more than a minute but when it comes to the Freestanding Handstand doesn't allow me to get into it. Could you do a video on Lower Back mobility for handstand?

Hello, does your program have any mobility exercises? I am hoping it is somewhere in there for the full program. If not no problem..
@CalisthenicsFamily3 жыл бұрын
Our Full Journey does include stretching videos :) Next to that, our program is also focused on performing exercises with full range of motion which will help you get more mobile!

Lmao the first one is basically the exact opposite of what any world class athlete will tell you that does any sort of gymnastics and or calisthenics. Anyone can hold a 30 second wall handstand with decently strong shoulders that doesnt mean shit about being able to actually balance a handstand.
