1. Learn about nutrition (kitchen weight scale and app my fitness well). 2. Eat 1 high protein meal. 3.Track your workout(do progressive overload). 4. Do not dirty bulk. 5. Do cardio.

This is an extremely interesting and helpful video I just started my gym journey a couple of months ago but I was weight training before that at home and couldn't gain mass or weight and only gained like 2 to 3 kgs of mass while training for more than a year so I am also a hard gainer and since I started gym I've gained around 4 kgs in just 2 months all naturally by eating properly and constantly thinking about how much I'm eating everyday... I've also learned alot from this video and I'll be incorporating some things you've talked about... So thanks a lot saket your videos are always great!

Loved it bruh . Completed 1 year of gym this month . Reality struck that I hadn't made much progress . I'm bulk and have majorly fat percentage over 20% . Need to cut . Thanks for the video will be cutting slowly and steadily over time

Not saying anything against the SBD, they’re fantastic movements & I’ve had my fun as a teenager. But they’re not exactly the best (& smartest) choice of exercises for my current goals 😅 I’d rather invest my energy in other movements that minimize fatigue & give me a better output in terms of hypertrophy!

Bro I'm just 18 and my body put on weight easily , like 4 kg in one month . I'm on Gaining and my body fat percentage is around 12-15 . My bodyweight is 76 kg . I think it's good to take 12-15 percentage body fat at 76 kg
