We’ve heard a lot about following a particular training routine for almost 4 weeks and then changing it Does this mean that one should do the same exercises in every single workout or is it better to keep the basic training principles in mind and then switching variations Accordingly to shock the muscle?

Awesome we almost have quite similar workout structure . Push 1 -> Flat bench -> Incline db press -> Machine fly Push 2 -> weighted dips -> machine press -> Cable fly Order of pressing movement , change every 4 months
