Good for you!! My husband and I went vegan a little over a year ago and I can't even describe how great we feel, how healthy we are, and how much we love it. My doctor actually uses me as an example for her other patients of how important eating healthy is. I'm glad you found the Happy Pear brothers. They're awesome and they're one of my favorite cooking channels here on KZbin.

The thing I really like with cooking videos or anything instructive is to try and pick up something I can apply later and hopefully that applies in alot of ways, so I love this format. You never know what’s going to spark people. I use the 1% rule on bad days where maybe I’m not paying attention. If you learn even one little thing that you remember, you’re better than you were yesterday.

Finally someone puts emphasis on knife skills! I cringe watching most "What I eat in a day"s because it just takes them sooo long to chop anything most youtubers are always just a blink away from cutting off all their fingers 😂 Thank you for your bomb tips, they are greatly appreciated, guys 🌿

Hi Dave and Steve. Please could you do a video for work lunches that you do not have to reheat? Maybe a coronation chickpea sandwich filler? There are lots of chickpea no-tuna videos but not many coronation ones. Due to COVID I wanted to avoid using the communal fridge (I take an cooler bag & small ice blocks now) and microwave. Love the content! Thanks

Looks yummy! I like my curries a bit thicker than what is shown on this video - a tip I recently learned was to add red lentils to thicken and soak up the sauce! It works and tastes great!

I struggle with the rolling cutting method so I stay with the second method you demonstrated. My additional tip is to keep your cutting arm pressed right into your body for extra stability. BTW we have your green lentil coconut dahl on continuous rotation in our house.😁
