I mean outside of clothing simply not putting a huge emphasis on being overly lean will help tremendously. Just be of the understanding that the average human isn't shirtless often and we all wear clothes. So eithermake the decision of looking worse in clothes but possibly better with clothes off, or look better wearing clothes.

My favorite type of t-shirts are the ones by Uniqlo, they tend to have very narrow sleeves and are tighter than traditional american shirts you would find at walmart and they are only 10$ each. My 13.5 inch arms hug the sleeves on a large.

@@toxic-mummy yes it definitely can be a struggle especially when I try to do any of my kickboxing training or burpee routines, stuff that requires you to move more athletically. And you can try to wear a weight vest to acclimate yourself but in reality how practical is it to wear a vest all day if you know what I mean. One factor for me is I'm gaining faster than I probably should and I think that's the reason I'm having trouble adjusting. If you take your bulk at a moderate pace I would think you would be ok.
