The mini series are what working middle aged men need. As for longer workouts, I do remember 12 rounds of bagworking in the pandemic. ... Cheers!

It was nice to have a cardio exercise, legs plyometric, and a 4 point position exercise!

Recently i commented on one of your videos about i was left handed but my parents forced me to be a right handed and you replied to me, i thank to you about that. After that i decided to be a southpaw and i got used to it. Can you do a video about flinchin, blinkin and how to get rid of them?

Man, I really appreciate your work. You've made me improve a lot. But I still habe one question: Do you or did you do workouts in splits (lile chest/shoulders/legs etc.) Or do you purely do full body/boxing workouts each session? Really interested in how to build the max amount of power and strenght. Keep it going and Thanks!

Yes, for strength training and boxing you can split it up. It depends how much time you have. 2 Day or 3 Day split depending on your availability.

HI Jason, may i know what country of boxing style should i adopted if i am 183cm tall with 90kg weight? American or mexican boxing style?

its more about your attributes and abilities. Are you fast on your feet? Do you have fast hands? Do you like to pressure or move around the ring. Try to think of a boxer that is most like you and start from there, don't worry about the country, that's too broad.
