But I still habe one question: Do you or did you do workouts in splits (lile chest/shoulders/legs etc.) Or do you purely do full body/boxing workouts each session? Yes, for strength training and boxing you can split it up. It depends how much time you have. 2 Day or 3 Day split depending on your availability.

its more about your attributes and abilities. Are you fast on your feet? Do you have fast hands? Do you like to pressure or move around the ring. Try to think of a boxer that is most like you and start from there, don't worry about the country, that's too broad.

You do like 10 to 20 push-ups and that will be good for your workout
