5 CORRUPT Cops HARASSING Wrong Person!

3 yrs ago 2 cops was banging on my door, I answered & ask if I can help them they ask me if I live there & I said yes. Out of no where they threw me to the floor put handcuffs on me, meanwhile I’m trying to figure out wtf is going on, not only did they have the wrong person they had the wrong address, when cops figured out that they fucked up they took the handcuffs off, no apology no explanation. As they walked out the door I asked them “ not even an I’m sorry?” And one of them turned to me and said “shut the fuck up” well I’m 55 thousand richer, thanks to the these 2 clowns.

I can understand the cops checking on a business open very late after hours to make sure there is no robbery happening…as a business owner I would appreciate this, but once it’s clear all is ok then the cop should leave

The average American believes they have a right to remain silent at all times when confronted by government authoritarians, and the legislation and enforcers should respect that, since they say it all the time. In most of these videos, I notice the police don't even get around to reading someone their Miranda rights or allowing them to contact a lawyer until after they've either put them in their police vehicle, or have already arrived at the police station. Any detainment without cause is definitely a violation of the fourth amendment, but stupid states and local municipalities have basically rules they can detain you for their own or public "safety."

With the first clip (store owners stocking late night) that is actually common atleast in small towns. My family owned restaurants and I'd go back late like 2am to change deep-frier oil, or to fix equipment. Didn't have time during shift and oil was hot. Everytime I went late the cops would show up ask what I was doing and if I broke in or was aloud to be there. Like yea I broke in to work then they'd always want to call and make sure I was aloud to be there. I also notice that cops in the small towns I've lived in go to all the business after hours and make sure doors are locked and shut. I'm white and they did it to me so those ppl are really lucky they could sue as I believe any race of ppl they would've stopped and made sure wasn't robbery in progress. They played that all wrong because the cops actually were doing them a service making sure they weren't getting robbed. It is very Annoying when they stop and bother you for an hour when trying to hurry and finish so can get home for few hours
