Creepiest thing is the way Adam Smasher stare's directly at you in prologue Heist mission when you hide behind the glass. If you have the perk that tells you when enemies are on to you, you clearly see the crosshair on Smasher is red, meaning he sees you and knows youre there, but just stands there and stares at you...

I went back to the apartment where we save Sandra at the start of the game, it was totally empty until I entered the bathroom which is near a very very dark room, there was a naked man, motionless, standing in the bathub, he gave me my biggest fear in this game

Honestly, to me, nothing tops the Anthony Harris quest. Just seeing the way in which he gained kids' trust and then used that brought back memories to my years working at a shelter for abused kids. It rang very true, and quite horrifying.

What I find creepy is that after you power rocky ridge back up and travel through there after the mission with pannam all you hear is all the arcade machines, TVs, radios, and audio on full volume but with no NPCs or humans at all. It’s just that creepy abandoned feeling, the area continuing even without the humans.

I got chilled down my spine when I realized I was on the top floor of the abandoned building. I just wandered in there without knowing cuz one of the tarot cards is up there. I sprinted back downstairs with my back straight up while keep thinking a jumpscare might pop up at any moment. 😂😂😂

You in turn Go with them and point them to the Voodoo boys hide out. it may seem easier to just hit 1 guy and take the data but the pay off more better Agreeing since in Respec it's Voodoo boys Vs Evelyn, V and Netwatch and not caring if they die since when you come back they are shock your Alive or Mad at you for agreeing with Netwatch. plus everything play out and only until after going to see Alt you get your answer.

The abandoned building is easily the most terrifying horror experience I've had in years. What's worse for me, when I first went into the building it wasn't already dark and spooky, it was perfectly lit, I could see clearly. So I decided to explore but as soon as I looted a suitcase all the lights went out.

The creepiest moment in the game for me was the side quest where you have to help Evelyn and Jefferson the mayoral candidate. I don’t wanna spoil it for anyone if you haven’t done the mission yet but towards back half of the quest line I definitely got a feeling of dread and hopelessness

I found two creepy ones. One was after I finished off some gang members I heard some banging close by. I thought it was from the trunk of a car. Then I found out it was coming from a shipping container. There were tons of them around. Lots of screaming and banging. There was no way I could open the doors. Another was by a riverdoc that had a bunch of scaffoldings around. It looks like it's in an apartment, kind of hard to get to. Close by next apartments, there's a netrunner hanging on meat hooks and some packaged up meat stacks. A few dead body around too.

The abandoned building (#3) is actually part of a mission. I found it before i was on the mission and it was dark and creepy. Made a lot more sense when you actually go there as part of the mission though.

Not one of these was as creepy as when I visited Joss' place during the day, only to find both her kids in their room staring at nothing. By that I mean they don't even have a window to stare out of. They were just staring at the wall, except it looked more like they were staring right into it or even through it entirely. So to summarise... During daylight hours, these kids stayed in a dark room. Both of them motionless, as both stare into the void. Oh, and they were also levitating. Cos of course they were. Surprised? Hardly... Creeped the fuck out? Absolutely!

One of the creepiest things I found was an abandoned truck container. There was no way to open it but you could hear people inside banging and coughing/wheezing like they were suffocating. It was somewhere in the outskirts. I should have recorded it and I have no idea where it was now :(

There is a lot of creepy things in this game, but if you want to know the absolute creepiest thing in the whole game, worse than the tarot cars, worse than the mission with River Ward... ...it's one of the cyberpsycho missions, where it has to do with a blood ritual, if you haven't played that mission, it will make your skin crawl, and the worst part is that the ghost stays with you, for hours, after you finish it that particular cyberpsycho mission... and it only goes away when you log off. Edit addition: I forgot to mention that you have to inspect the area all around, the noises and sounds that come from the whole area is...for lack of a better word...haunting

I was walking the streets of Night City when a guy was selling a BD. Seemed sketch, but I bought it to see what happened and you have to watch it on his BD player. As soon as it starts playing, V blacks out and wakes up in an ice bath. All your gear and clothes are gone. Turns out the guy gave you to the same scavengers that took Sandra and you have to escape and try and get your gear back. It was really scary though to be on the victim's side of the scavs instead of saving someone from their hideout. Creeped me out like crazy.

The first one has some strong Death stranding vibes. Like, its so out of place, just a pile of bodies in the middle of nowhere... And there is no explanation to what the fuck hapenned here unlike the other easter eggs. And its surprisingly calm, like that satanic cult had whole ass boss battle, and there is a perfect scene for something like that, but no, its just a pile of bodies in the water, thats it.

Spoilers, don't read. #3 Abandoned Building is actually a placeholder for a future quest involving Takemura and an Arasaka strike team. #4 Bloody Ritual isn't a legit cyberpsycho issue. It's Maelstrom summoning a rogue AI that calls itself Lilith from beyond the Black Wall. It literally possesses Zaria in the same way that Johnny Silverhand would eventually take over V's body and consciousness.

#1 & #2 might be the weirdest. I imagine there's a shard with text to explain what's going on there. I don't think #5 works as 'creepy', it's just that you noticed a glitch / something you're not supposed to see, kinda like the spinning box in #3. Personally, the thing that creeped me the F-out the most was how the 'Sinnerman' questline ended if you do go along with what the BD-producer Rachel asks of you (spoiler : crucifying the guy). Took me a lil' while to mentally recover from doing that. That was so freaking wrong, especially with the screams of pain, the crazy biblic lines to say... The questline with the 'Peter Pan' kidnapper where you try to save River Ward's nephew was also messed-up. Particularly the dream-BD where the masked-cow pops-up. WTF was that weird looped cartoon, too?!

So, the lake is actually a movie set that'd been abandoned due to budget cuts. And the abandoned building, I mean, I just don't get how anyone thinks abandoned buildings are creepy Sure, it's got a slightly cracked door with blood inside the room, but how many buildings in this game have the same thing? Spoiler alert, it's a lot. Creepiest thing I can think of is during one of River Ward's missions, there's a ghost in the 2nd Braindance section, when he's going back toward the control room.

I thought that ghost was just a bug lol. The Abandon building isn't creepy when you do the mission that its involved in. It makes more sense why its there. They just didn't want to close off the building before the mission so I guess its opened until then.

God I hope that the various BDs we see advertised in game become dlc. Foreign Body a dlc where your own body attacks you sounds incredibly fun to play or watch. The Bushido films that Judy has on BD. There’s a nomad heist that’s mentioned in a few shards. I probably won’t check out the pornographic BDs if their added to the game but I know some people will.
