I started to try drinking the detox water last summer, I found one side-benefit is my skin got brighten a lot and the spots on my cheek bone are much lighter. Highly recommend.

I liked your video. My kids got me a fruit infuser pitcher from Amazon a few years ago and I put it up and out of sight. I will have to get it down and try your recipes. I know lots of folks like to debate about the details of this video (macerating the fruit, the inaccuracy of "detox" properties, etc.) but if your video just helps people drink more water then great job! :) I don't think you claim to be a health expert and I certainly hope that someone looking for actual health and nutritional advice would look up an expert in their area for that sort of information. Love your channel!

Taking the rind off the citrus before infusing it in the water is a good idea as then there’s not the bitter taste from the rind- unless you like it that way.

I like the idea but some of the fruits/berries need mashing up to infuse the water with flavor (e.g. blueberries and pomegranate seeds since they aren't porous, and definitely not so in 15 minutes).

I was able to taste the blueberries after 15!! But the longer they sit the more fruity and sweeter the water, for sure!

Make sure your fruit skins are washed thoroughly before cutting. Same goes for washing herbs before using.
