Appreciate the effort put towards providing an awareness to the general public, but as an architect, my humble advise is to kindly avoid referring to ‘elevations and elevation styles’ because to get a functioning design, the planning and elevations all have to be designed together, and not separately. And to point out, when you refer to ‘Kerala style’ it is misleading, because even the so called ‘tropical style’ that you mentioned has evolved being suited to Kerala’s tropical climate (and not sub tropical, as you have mentioned) as with all other humid tropical climates around the world. Probably a more suited term would be a ‘vernacular/ traditional style. But I do appreciate the importance given to natural ventilation and heat reduction that many people happily ignore/ are not aware at all. All the best, cheers.
