As I live and breathe! Lol Dr Marshall’s Half Reverse Pivot Drill (without attribution of course). You don’t understand the purpose but it’s a start. Your pros should be able to stand on mound facing home plate, then Reverse Pivot and throw the bb over the Center field fence. For the sake of your pros I’d get on doc’s site and learn how to do football drills. Get some lids. Gl

Got 2 little nephews (6 and 4), both natural righties but I have them throwing with their left... is there still an advantage to being lefty or is that going away?

If you want a PO or "pitcher only"...limited defensive positions for a lefty. Teach them to hit from the left side if anything, 2 steps closer to first!
