This is awesome....those first tricks are the ones I learned back in the 80's while learning my first ollie....even the rails and board shapes are getting me all nostalgic...makes me think of my Zorlacs and BBC's when I was 12. All you need is some oldkool Airwalks!

Great video! Anyplace that I can find more cruisers tricks (practical for commuting)? I miss some kind of hard stop(I cant use the sk8 max speed because I have no confidence to stop it), slide and some sk8 grab technique(no back pain at the eod), etc. The whole is key for curb up/down.

I noticed a couple comments about Swapping wheels on a street board and using it as a Cruiser. I think a video about A Skateboard and What The Individual Parts Do and What You Need. I mentioned Bigger Wheels may not be set up with clearance with the trucks and risers. Soft vs hard wheels help explain the difference. That type of video. It is too much to respond to comments. Yo Braille, I got a notification on one of the last videos I commented on that I won a deck. Pretty sure it was someone trying to scam me, they had me download an app to chat on and they sent me a selection of decks to choose from, one of the decks even looked like it was from you make it we skate it. After sending my address and selecting a deck they said I had to pay over $100 shipping. Told them I didn't have money for that and they replied saying they would send it for $50. Just wanted to bring your attention to this and double check that I didn't actually win a deck. I was so excited this morning when I saw the highlighted comment claiming I won. Either way let me know if anyone else has had to deal with this. If it's a scammer maybe something can be done or a psa can go out to the braille fans...

It is totally a scammer, I try to delete him every day when he makes comments, we can do a post about it to warn people and I will keep trying to delete him. It is super frustrating because he just creates a new YT account and posts again the next day from that account.

When I think cruiser, I think half way between street skate and long board. Also maybe the old school shape like Powell Peralta reissues. You guys are selling those now too, right?

My cruiser board has no nose at all like it doesn’t curve up it’s totally flat and I lien just riding around on them but would love to be able to do some tricks with the Board too but I’m kinda inexperienced and tricks are a lot harder with no nose to flick off of

Technically, yes but notice that cruisers have larger wheels. Make sure you have enough truck clearance so you can add the wheels.

Yes you can I have cruiser wheels in my bag so when I want to skate a long journey I swap the wheels then I put the tricks wheels back on after the trip to skate the place I cruised to

Of Course! A Cruiser is typically a bit more stable but a Normal Trick Board is a Cruiser when you are using it to get around. Right? Softer wheels are used to get over our Arch Nemisis The Pebble! Lol So Wheel Bite becomes an issue because of the Clearance of Trick Trucks! Replace the Trucks and Wheels with a Cruiser Set and Proper Risers you can do it. That much change is kinda why cruise boards and Trick boards are a thing. You can use you deck though!
