Just found you today through a Six Sisters video with Kristen Halls. You are now first only IP recipe list as I e just started using mine this past 6 weeks after letting it sit in the box for almost a year (fear!). These videos give me the confidence to use my IP. Thanks so much!

I was looking for a recipe for Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup & found yours. I can't wait to make it. I have frozen Broccoli, so I am going to try that. I will let you know how it turns out. That recipe led me to this your sight, and I can't wait to try other recipes. Thank you for sharing with all with of us Pressure Cooker gals and guys! I have another brand, but works great!

I want to tell you something, a lot of your recipes are healthy. My Instant Pot and Slow cooker has helped me lose weight. I’m on a good plan called Slimming World. Many of your recipes have helped me. In 8.5 weeks I have lost 27.9 lbs. Your recipes are helpful and are making it possible to drop weight and from here, I have 104 lbs to go. These 2 appliances plus the recipes complying with their program has finally started to make an impact on my weight. I know you don’t have a weight loss site but I am eating a junk free menu. Just had to thank you. I dropped a dress size.

Glad to see you back! I always put the hard beans in a bowl and search through them to find little stones. Pinto beans are especially prone to having stones in the bag. Then I rinse them really well. It is surprising how much dirt is dried onto the beans.

I do that with dried beans also!

You got me started using my duo like crazy 6-8 months ago. I’ve really slowed down using it..👎. I love making a few things with it. 1. Hard boiled eggs, 2. Shredded chicken breast from frozen and 3 chicken wings. That’s all I’ve ever used it for really but those are great. Glad your back!

For pot the pot roast. is it better to let the steam release naturally instead all at once? What's the trick to get the meat to have a soft and tender texture?

The pre-set buttons are alright but I prefer to pick the amount of time for the items I am cooking. That way if I have a small potato vs a large potato I can get it right.

Really enjoyed this video! It would help if the camera also showed the steam release button for each recipe so I can see what you are doing. Also, it worried me that you did not rinse the lentils. Do they not need to be rinsed and searched for little stones? Just wondering. And last, one thing I especially love making rice in the crockpot is that it doesn’t seem to stick to the bottom like my rice cooker does. I do put some cooking spray on the bottom. Maybe that makes a difference? Or maybe I don’t even need to do that. Thoughts?
@karenbellessapeterse3 жыл бұрын
Yes sorry about the steam release. Will do that next time! I should have rinsed the lentils but I forgot! You make rice in a slow cooker? I bet the spray helps!

Chicken soup works even from frozen chicken. Set pressure cooker 30 minutes as want cooked chicken. Use cup of box chicken stock teaspoon better than bullion 1 big onion cut in quarters. When cooked add cream cheese and cook pasta on stove. Bout 1 cup

Break spaghetti in half. Layer it in sections like a + sign. Fill with water just enough to cover pasta. Cook 1min for soft or 00 yes 00 for more firm pasta. I use this method for all of my pasta.

@adnacraigo65903 жыл бұрын
The white rice that we buy has vitamins and minerals sprayed on it at the mill because of the loss os nutrients when processed so they don't recommend rinsing rice. I do agree with on rinsing beans though.
