Thanks again a lot for the new tricks! And yes, when I first saw the first trick I was fooled, I was only focused on the technique, and how you do the trick, I didn't even look the symbols on the cards, only that there was an 8 and a 2. It was very impressive!

I think it works better with 6 and 9 because, not only are the suits ambiguous, the numbers are very ambiguous (since they're vertical mirror images the pips on the cards look like mirror images so it takes more processing than the 2 and 8. Also the numbers are larger which means it takes longer to read them based on the faces).

Hello! You shouldn’t need a great deck for these tricks. I would do to the dollar store, if you have one, and pick up some paper decks. You can probably get a decent deck for under 200 rupees:) Hope that helps!
