If you don’t need much I’m a big fan of feel world monitors! Or if you wanna pay the big bucks atamos or small HD is fantastic

Hello! Awesome video! I was wondering what UV/IR cut filter size mm I should get for the BMPCC 4k with Sigma 18-35mm?

Hey, which one of the battery solutions do you prefer on a long term ? I know that’s probably a very individual preference but I have noo idea which one to get and I’m a bit overwhelmed with everything I have to decide so I can finally do what I want 😅 Thank you btw for your video ! It really helped.

Hey! I have a question: if I'm getting a lens with an EF-S mount (Sigma 18-35) to be paired with my BMPCC4K, will a speedbooster with an that converts MFT to EF work or must it specifically be labelled EF-S?
@BenGleasonMedia Жыл бұрын
The one with EF will work great!

What cable did you use to connect the battery to the camera?

Hey man great video! Quick question for you: would you say pocket 6k the better buy? They’re only a few hundred dollars more, and have the 6k canon mount. That seems like the better move instead of spending hundreds on a adapter right? Your input would really help me out. Thank you!
@BenGleasonMedia2 жыл бұрын
The 6K is an awesome camera! And that S35 sensor is super nice! The differences in image quality are minimal but that canon mount is really nice! I think that’s the way to go!

What cord do I purchase to connect the external sony battery to the camera?

That would just be a 12V DC to Bmpcc 12v power connector cable! This is the one I got: Alvin's Cables Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4K BMPCC 4K Locking DC Power Cable www.amazon.com/dp/B07SG5DJNP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_EJV757J70GJJBRRA4YF1

Is the T7 ssd compatible?
@BenGleasonMedia2 жыл бұрын
I have tested it and yes
@uncutmiddleman2 жыл бұрын
Good thing because I ordered a T7 months before I got my camera. I think the concern here is making sure you use the cable that comes with theT7 as it is made to support the speed of the drive. As far as I have read, other cables don't tend to work. Thanks.
@BenGleasonMedia2 жыл бұрын
YES! Getting the correct cable is super duper important!

anybody else thought the image looked nicer without the I.R cut filter?

Great video but there's a correction. The BMPCC 4K has an IR Cut filter. It's the light blue thing that sits in front of the sensor. I replaced mine because it degraded
@BenGleasonMedia Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the correction! Ill do better homework in the future! 👍
@RavikantRai21490 Жыл бұрын
I was looking for this comment, thanks for saying this. You are wasting money on an IR cut filter, the camera really has it. And it works.
