Do some lower back exercises which will give you some relief. I am just diagnosed with degenerative osteoarthritis in lumbar. I am doing exercises along with supplements. Take vitamins B12 and D, specially calcium. I was an athlete for 12 years. There is wear and tear of my body a lot but it’s time to heal it. It can’t be regenerate but can be healed.

Please suggest how to drive car with DDD lumbar back pain. I have mild disc bulge with mild disc dessication at lumbar region. I follow your videos. I have watched countless videos on this. And I can boldly state that you seem to know the most about this. I barely understand Hindi, but I am sure I understood almost all that you have said. I do have some questions, though, would be glad to have the answers: 1. 5:18, you have demonstrated pulling two legs at once. I couldn't understand who is this for? And who not? 2. Should the patient try any sort of heat therapy or cold therapy? Or radiation for that matter? If so, what and how? 3. When (morning/night) should the patient do these exercises? 4. Other than lifting, bad posture, sitting/standing for a long time; what other things do you recommend the patient to avoid? What about walking, running, praying Salat or bending for a task? 5. In your experience, how many months does it take for the patient (say 30 y/o) to recover L4/L5, L5/S1 disc desiccation fully; given that they have followed all your advice?

I am 43year old Male Suffering from numbness of lower back to foot after sciatica pain. MRI report below straightening of lumbar spine noted likely due to muscle spasmdisc dessication changes noted at L4-L5 and L5-S1 level central annular tear noted at L5-S1 levelposterior disc herniation is noted at L4-L5 level having central component casuing impression on anterior thecal sacExtra-dural lesion measuring 02 cm showing T2w isointense signals causing spinal cnal narrowing and compression over right exiting nerve root suggestive of sequestration. My MRI Report ( 06/11/2019) Is * At C5- C6 level bilateral disc osteophytes complex seen indenting over thecal sac . Significant effacement of bilateral neural foramina and compression over bilateral exiting C6 nerve roots ( R>L) seen. * At C6-C7 level right lateral disc protrusion seems causing mild indentation over right hemicord. Significant effacement of right neural foramina with compression over right exiting C7 nerve root seem.
