I have a Ninja Foodi Max which is more or less the same. These videos have given me the confidence to have a go at pasta. I've been using the hob because I wasn't sure how to pressure cookit. I like the way you make these recipes so easy to follow. Thank you.

Hi. This looks really good. But I noticed that your portions are small -ish. If you would want to cook for a family of 5, can I just put more ingredients in? Would I have to increase the cooking time? Thank you for anyone taking the time to answer

Hi, I generally cook for 2-3. Other people have mentioned my portion sizes but it’s enough for us but I understand you may want bigger plates or to cook for more. With pressure cooking the beauty is that you can double or triple my recipe and cook for the same amount of time. The grain of rice or piece of chicken/pasta etc remains the same size individually so it needs the same cook time. Just make sure you don’t go over the max level indicated on the pot.

I personally don’t mind past recipes consolidated into one subject. In this case pasta. In the second recipe you really wrung out that container. Seems like mabe you have some Yorkshire in your heritage 😊

Hi, Which recipe? I don't see why you can't swap tomatoes for a cream/creamy sauce in any of the recipes. As long as you have enough liquid to come to pressure it should work.
