Highly doubt that in fatty acid synthesis, the acetyl coA is coming from beta oxidation. Because beta oxidation takes place between meals and fatty acid synthesis occurs after a meal. Great video though

Sir one doubt u said insulin and thyroxine are active in dephosphorylated state and increases synthesis of acety coa carboxylase which ultimately leads to fatty acid synthesis.But thyroid hormones promotes lipolysis and fatty acid oxidation.i didn't understand that part.does thyroxine increases or decreases fatty acid synthesis
