Hey Mike, After 6 years of watching football, I started playing at the start of this year, all I was was a bang average rb in a div 3 team. But like anybody, I obviously wanted to get into an academy so I’ve trained for about 3 months straight now using your drills and I just wanted to know if you have any tips to train with more intensity and make training useful as I want to be scouted in February sorry for the paragraph
