The knuckle is brilliant, because as a keeper my self I find it really hard to track where the ball is going and can sometimes mess up my mind😂

My opinions on each scenario: 1. While power can make the ball travel faster, the penalty can end up miles wide or over. That is why I think placement is the safer option because you get more accuracy. 2. Shooting to the bottom corner, while ensuring more reach for the goalkeeper, can be the safer option because top corner shots have more risk in terms of misses. 3. In scoring one-on-ones, while going around the keeper can ensure an empty net, the defenders that have followed you will close down the space you have, so I prefer shooting early because of the amount of space I can get. 4. Saving one-on-ones depends on the situation. If an opponent striker is alone on goal but he has not entered the penalty area, it is better to close him down by committing. If he is in the penalty area, it is better to stand your ground. 5. Chipping the ball gives it more topspin, that is why it is more accurate than a curved shot which can come in sharply, but has a smaller possibility to have a "diabolical" curve which can come in after coming out. 6. Skills can make you carried away while dribbling, so keeping it concise with just your pace is the safer option.

I've played as an outfield player for most of my time but I also sometimes go in goal. I feel like rushing off the line to defend is more affective as it forces to striker to immediately make a decision, and if the keeper closes down the angle quickly enough, it gives the striker basically no time to shoot. It's also easier to save as you have more area to cover the ball with.

For freekicks, if you were shooting from the other side of the "D" going around the wall would be better, whereas from the side you were taking them, over the wall is better Depends on what side you're shooting from

In terms of going out on the 1 on 1 you have to get close but not too close and also make yourself as big as possible so neither committing and standing on your ground is good. (Im a goalkeeper for a youth team) and also on 1v1s as an attacker you should get quite close and then just place it on the side of the goalie

The 1v1 one is depending on the goalkeeper if hes like bad then i guess going around him is better but if the goalkeeper is good then maybe shoot it but it depends on your skill also

Summary : it’s better to : Shoot over the wall when you take a free kick Aim well for a penalty than power Chip for precision over curve Controlling with the inside of foot or toes Dribble when you 1v1 a keeper Top or bottom corners for pen are the same thing Don’t commit a 1v1 when you’re the keeper Curve > power > knuckleball You’re welcome !

I think you should test the knuckle, curve, and power battle with conor. Cause he is a good gk. Also, you should probably test knuckle, power, and curve in different scenarios. Like 25-38 yards out, Knuckle is orobably the best. Anything above is power and anything below is curve. Also, if you master a technique, you will probably be able to score consistentlywith it anyways no matter where you are as long as you can shoot the ball very well

alr here is my take itl save you time and personally i dont agree with most of the video chip is bad for pens cuz its so slow i prefer power and low ish i score every time thigh is by far the best for controlling the ball if you know how to do it shooting early is much better if you hit it like a couple feet off the ground but low with curve as wide as possible but dont shoot that early you want to get very close to him if he doesnt stick his leg out then you should hit it on the ground with curve using pace is best for 1v1 but if he is faster than you to the point where he can catch up easily than use some simple skills also in tight spaces use skills knuckle is not optimal because of unpredictability curve is good if you can still get power and place it in the far corner but power is my favorite because i score like 100% with it he always does power top corner but very often i do bottum corner
