@@TheBudgetDermatologistI heard a comment that if you massage your face you stretch your skin causing more sagging. Is that true? Would like to start massaging, but am fearful not to cause more damage.
@katrinawest4879 ай бұрын
Just make sure your skin is well moisturised, and use a cream when doing the massage so this won’t pull on the skin when you are doing it 😊

Can you do a video on Rosacea and how to treat it and what products can be used? Azelaic acid is one of the popular treatments that I've tried, but it dries out my skin and makes the condition worse.

My college age daughter came to visit and had the most gorgeous “glow” to her skin. I said what skincare are you using , she said I just got back from the gym. Mind you she’s 22, but I really notice a difference in my skin also after exercise. Once my rosacea calms down a bit😊

I love watching your videos. I am wondering if you have an opinion about ROC's Multi-Correction vitamin c eye balm
@TheBudgetDermatologist9 ай бұрын
Yes! It's my go to product for "on the go" and travel. You can just do one swipe across under eyes and you dont even have to blend it in, it's clear. I love that it has tetrahexyldecyl acorbate form of Vitamin C (as opposed to L-ascorbic acid) b/c that form is more stable, less irritating, and gets better penetration. And plus, RoC has very good brand messaging about being against filters on their content and they love to represent REAL skin!
@peggyriordan98579 ай бұрын
Really liked the video. Was wondering though, why some techniques on the facial massage were not included? Should we use a moisturizer of some kind while doing the massage, what basic techniques should we use? Most beneficial movements? Thanks so much!

I can’t sleep on my back. I sleep on my left side. And that’s where all my wrinkles are. I’ve tried. I just can’t do it. Those are great hacks. I use a Tao brush when I wash my face. I think that helps with my lymphatic draining. It’s always my right eye that is swollen. And once I get done washing my face it seems to look better.

✳️The real reason the high pony, or other styles with upward lines work well…is that they create the upward line and movement. Hair styles with a downward or straight line or motion tend to bring the face down and call attention to anything that gravity is messing with. ✅

pulling my hair back has caused hair loss, so ladies don't do what I've done. pillow safe your money. as long your pillow is soft, I flip it to the opposite way. I sleep on my back wake up with free of lines or creases. face massage and acupuncture works for me
@bonniee58498 ай бұрын
Also adding a silk pillowcase is what I do so if I accidentally flip over, my skin is next to the silk plus silk is good for your hair. Curly trick. I have one other pillow on each side of me plus I use to sleep with one under my knees but no longer do that. Somewhere I read that took the pressure off your back. I trained myself to be a back sleeper and yes, it was hard.

I had co2 fractional full face 8 weeks ago which left me with some edema on one cheek. My doc says it is a festoon 🤦♀️. Didn’t have it before the co2. I am lymph draining all day long and firm pressing on the lump and jade rolling. What else can be done Will it eventually go down? The results for the rest of the face is AMAZING ❤. I realize festoons are tricky for doctors
