HUGE supporter of Tesla, Elon and FSD technology, but I must admit, I was a little surprised by the hostility. For whatever reason, this video sparks a lot of anger.. Both from the haters who can't stand Elon / Tesla and the super fans who don't want to hear any bad things about tesla. Unfortunately, there have been several here who have decided to point out a moment in the video where I touched my wive's hand as some opportunity to go into some tirade about what a horrible human being I am and that I'm a wife abuser and that do physical harm to her. I'm not going to spend every breathing hour running through ever comment and defending myself. This is why for the first time in 18 years of running youtube channels, I've placed comments off. If you actually care about the truth and want to know the back story to me touching my wifes hand. Below is a quick overview of what occurred in the 2 seconds that transpired when I was on this 15 second Tesla phone call. I don't give a crap if you hate tesla, or Elon or me. But this comment section isn't going to be a place for you to take out your frustrations with our current political environment and use me as the whipping boy for whatever views you have about Elon Musk and Tesla.
Nobody in this social media space knows who the hell I am, who my wife is or what our 33+ year relationship is like. Zero. Nothing. Some here are making outrageously hard judgments publicly on 2 seconds of video. Mind you, I touched my wife's hand. I didn't slap it. I didn't squeeze it. I didn't jerk her arm. I didn't scream at her. I didn't harm her in anyway whatsoever. Her finger was a few inches from the disconnect button to the tesla recording. This was the 3rd time we had both tried together to leave a message. I would have gladly just said something to her, but as mentioned before, I didn't want my 15 seconds of Tesla FSD recording to be used up by me saying "don't touch that, you're going to stop the voice message!". I moved my wife's hand, so that she didn't inadvertently disconnect us. I don't think she even knew the button was there. Thats it.. Life went on and we continued to enjoy the rest of the day.
