Goddamn! This list is stacked. Really hard to chose only one! I love 5's art direction and game design overall, looks really dynamic and fun. And very polished. 4 is another cool project the Godot community needs. Kudos to the creators. 3 I couldn't get much insight into the actual mechanics, but its impressive a big streamer showcased it. Congrats to them. It looks original which is what matters the most. 2 maybe the one of the most original concepts recently. I'm loving it. I want to play it now! But my vote goes for #1 because although my first console was the NES, I was born in 91 so it was a present because my mom and her siblings played in that console (and arcades) when they were young. But my most beloved console of all times is the N64. And I'm just in love of 3D collect-a-ton platformers. A lost art that only the N64 could really excell at, compared to the competition. I'm looking forward this project the most. i miss the ol'e Banjo Kazooie, Mario 64, DK64, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Golden Eye 64, MK64 and Zelda OOT/MM days.

#3 - Buckshot Roulette Buckshot Roulette is the best game for me, because it showed me that you can make a very simple and yet very cool game at the same time, because before the simple indie games I saw somehow did not interest me at all, and it just took away my motivation to do something serious, so I couldn't decide to start making a real game. But seeing Buckshot Roulette just made me rethink my vision of small games

I'm biased towards 2D Godot games since it's where Godot performance shines over Unity (and how most Unity icons like Hollow Knight and Cuphead are 2D anyway), but 5 and 3 nailed their styles so well

A verrrrry good way to start this year ! i already have hesitation between all games presented. I vote for number #2 Windowkill. It's not the one i would like to play the most, but it is definitively the most inovative i saw since a long time !! I also think the Godot tour is really a great idea which i can't wait to see being used by a lot of creative people to teach new things !

#4 Gdquest. I was going for WindowKill, but itchio executable did not work. Vulkan version was stuttering and using --rendering-driver opengl3 got "Not Responding". So my choice to GDquest guys.
