I totally agree that 60 percent weight provide an excellent foundation to push off from. Do you have a video or swing thought to prevent a sway or reverse pivot when you do the pressure shift? Thanks, Tom

Tom, good question. The key is to keep the pressure on the inside of the trail foot vs the outside of the foot. Check out our channel, we have a couple good videos on the topic.
