I get you earning your money through minimalism on KZbin, but I really think you need to keep making your watercolors and then make a gallery wall out of them. The hallway, the guest bath, your office, somewhere ... because the few you have shown are so lovely. Minimalist have gallery walls too. 🙂

Another incredible video, Ashlynne! Im a huge advocate for waking up early! The day can throw so much at us, so by starting strong, we can take charge instead of it taking charge of us. On a farm, so much can need immediate attention. Allowing those extra minutes early in the morning has been something I never regret.
@AshlynneEaton3 жыл бұрын

Oh gosh! When I go hiking in the beautiful mountains, with the sounds of the wind or birds and I see someone with earphones I wonder why! LOL what really baffles me is when they play music out loud so everyone hears...now that is annoying! Thank you for actually explaining why waking up early is beneficial, no one really mentions why...great tips! Thanks!

I really NEED to slow down and be truly intentional. I mean I am as mindful as possible for now, but I need to try harder, and not wonder so much! That being said, I'll go and read a book now, helps me stay in the present moment!

Tip #1 is my favorite! And I definitely need to incorporate this into my life. As a tired mom of four littles, I'm constantly trying to get as much sleep as I can and I get up when the kids do, so my days usually start with a bang. I feel like if I can take you advice and start earlier, slowly and intentionally; I can take back control of my chaotic days. Thank you for your amazing content! Your videos have been amazingly helpful!

This past year I've been intentionally resting on Sabbath and it has changed my health and my entire life. The past few months while trying to wrap up my senior year of college there have been times I had not been so intentional about Sabbath and rest and I could feel the anxiety amd sickness creeping in again. I would love to see a video on what these “true restful” habits are. I can take a guess at some, but I’m really looking at incorporating something like this because I so often just completely crash and burn if I don’t take regular rest. I end up needing the same amount anyway, but it’s spent on mindless rest and super guilty feelings over the things I am unable to accomplish. It’s definitely not healthy so I am try to do some restructuring to allow more of these habits, especially the walks. I sit ALL DAY since I work an office on job and am not really allowed to get up and walk around. Thanks for this video! Definitely gave me some ideas!

@patticakie58613 жыл бұрын
I was thinking about people who get up super early, but then I thought of my dad. He has to be at work at 5 or 6 am most days and gets up at 3:45 or earlier so he can go to the gym before work. That’s his favorite place before a stressful day and helps him so much. Granted, he goes to bed at 8, but it’s worth it to him to get that gym time in.
