i’ve started meditating for maybe 2 weeks and it’s such an eye opening experience i see myself changing in real time. I also started to really learn and study copywriting for the past week and i honestly feel happier than ever. I also learned to leave my phone on do not disturb and in another room whilst i work and my focus is easily 3x times better

1. Stop checking phone often 2. Stop being sensitive 3. Stop rewarding yourself by punishing your progress 4. Stop being Redpill,Bluepill,Blackpill 5. Be Adonis pill / Take the Adonis pill 6. Stop watching self improvement videos without taking action

Honestly what he means with the 4th tip is: - Only posses some good traits of the blue pill - Stay away from black pill - Red pill is generally the best out of those three, but you do not want to immerse yourself too deep into that community, as you should rather strive for what he said with the "adonis pill"

I had this fight with myself today- I nearly „reward myself” with KFC. But then my will power won’t allow me to but my Jeffrey brain kept telling me „it is okay to be weak”. I fought with my thoughts for like 10 minutes and end up making myself a high Protein oatmeal (currently on Bulk gained +4 kg) I am proud of my progress because I knew i would indoulge in that fast food about few weeks ago. The clean fast paste editing is appealing and helps retain the attention of those whose attention span is not so great. It never hurts me when you call on our bullshit as you deliver it so authentically and respectfully, making us more oriented towards being more disciplined on getting away from bad habits and keep on grinding up the good ones. It just feels good to tell that every single day I meditated, worked out, journaled'll just drive me further and further to my lifegoals, so I can't get how people can be so enraged when watching a Hamza video. He's the father that reminds us to not fall into complacency, to stop fucking around and getting back on the road, keeping the momentum on. And I ain't that far on self-improvement, even though I discovered it 4 months ago, but hell if I'm that low to be angry about him saying that I'll feel like shit if I relapse which is true. People are so ungrateful that a man like him will dedicate his time to shake your head in the right path. Keep on the grind boys, 2023's ours.

Hamza you should make a video about levels of success at certain ages like 16 to 20, 20 to 25, 25 to 28, 30 plus etc. I feel 16 to 20 is all about learning about what you would like to do with your future, coding, fitness, finance etc. 20 to 25 is about putting your head down and just trying to progress as much as possible due to the exponential nature of work which many are unaware of. And 25 to 28 is the time you can lose it all or bring it into your 30s. Then direct them to 1st man for that 30 plus life Edit: I'm speaking from experience as I went from Jeffery to Adonis at around 19 after training for 5 years. Although I didn't realize I was still a Jeffery. I bulked and lost my physique and tough times made me realize how weak I really was. By 22 I was very depressed and overweight due to my bulk. Luckily hamza helped me get back and further than where I was. You can just as easily slip back into being a Jeffery. So when hamza talks about the importance of goal setting, meditation and Journaling he's not just talking to talk these things will change your life. The earlier you start the better. Cuz if you get derailed you have time to get back as long as you keep trying. Do the hard work especially when you don't feel it.

Hamza saved my life, I was depressed (my whole life), and didn’t know what to do next. I was a Jeffery, playing videos games, watching p*rn, eating like crap, making excuses, smoking weed, etc. but deep down there was a part of me who needed to come out, Hamza and Tate shook that person out of me. The first video I saw of Hamza was “why you should quit playing video games” I took that information and ran with it, then I came back and kept learning, changing, and adapting to who I really was all along, the masculine part of me that was snuffed by public school, and my mother. Thanks to Hamza and Tate, I’m no longer depressed, I love myself, I have my drive back, I’m boxing, going to the gym, eating clean, not smoking weed, planning out businesses, enjoying being a man. Thank you Hamza, I would be dead (mentally or physically) if it wasn’t for you.

It's nice to see that there are self improvement, "become a real man" kind of channels like you out there, that aren't also like Andrew Tate, basically flexing their wealth all the time, scamming young men with useless discord servers and constantly belittling and insulting women, I got so used to seeing those self-proclaimed "alpha males", that I thought at first your channel was similar. But I was wrong, though I don't agree with everything you say, you still give so much honest and helpful advice for young men like myself, and unlike all those "alpha males", you seem to genuinely want to improve people's lives. I just want to thank you for what you're doing, we all appreciate it so much, keep it up.

Step 5 is such a huge one, I used to watch these self Improvement videos and not actually work to be a better more masculine man. After finding this channel and being called out I’ve took the words to heart and actually took action upon myself to improve, to hit the gym, to meditate, take time to evaluate my emotions and situations I’m in. I do still need to work on my confidence with women but with time and effort I know I’ll do it, I will get better at talking to women.

I agree with him, but he's definitely being hyperbolic. One cheat meal isn't gonna undo months of eating properly or put a dent in the discipline you've built up while learning abstain from eating like shit. He's also ignoring a decent amount of nuance, like how insane it is to sustain being sub-10% body fat and the drawbacks of staying that lean. People get lean for the competition and don't intend to stay there year-round.

Funny thing about controlling emotion: as a teenager I learned how to do this, but it was unrefined. Because of trauma and a divided household, I was constantly going through a lot of emotions and acting out and after one particular event I decided how to fix it was to just stop being emotional. So I did. I turned off my emotions. All of them. Not all the time but when I was at home I was flat and emotionless and it was probably one of the worst most depressing things of my life. When other people especially family would come over they would always ask if I was ok even tho they knew I wasn’t. But when I was outside my home I was a completely different person and I liked it so I would always find ways to stay out of the house. One of those ways was beginning my fitness journey which helped me a ton so then I was working all the time and working out in my free time and after I moved out I decided it was ok to be an emotional person again and so I would let myself feel everything all the time and I didn’t realize until just this week how bad it’s left me. All that progress I gained was lost. All that discipline. A lot of the money I worked so hard for. And then enter hamza. Just him telling me I have the power not to just turn my emotions in and off but to control what I feel and when is life changing. So for all you kings out there it’s not about feeling or not feeling, it’s about accepting when it’s ok to feel. And when it’s not. It’s ok to be sad and remorseful. It’s ok to be happy and silly. It’s ok to feel angry or annoyed or anything else because we are only human. But what’s important is to be able to control these feelings and lot let them control you. When you are angry, don’t let that anger make you break your favorite glass. Get in the gym and let that anger help get you a new pr. I found it helps to run or walk when I’m upset. When you’re happy and want to be rewarded, don’t celebrate by eating a whole pie. Celebrate by being around your loved ones. Celebrate by hugging your girlfriend or mom or grandma or sister or taking your little brother to a baseball game or just some sort of positive experience rather than the fleeting sensation of enjoying that piece of pie. I know I have always struggled when someone offers me cookies because I absolutely lovvveeee cookies. The day I started saying “no, I don’t need that in my body” was the day that everything else got easier. If you’re a man who feels he needs to cry that’s ok too. Do it. But understand tears fix nothing for men. For women tears make people feel bad, but for men you will just make a mockery of yourself. It’s ok to cry, but don’t let that be the first, last, or only thing you do. Chase greatness or you will never achieve it. Bless all of you my brothers🙏🏽❤️

Today I was on my phone too much, got upset over how my work went, skipped leg day, had some bullshit black pill thoughts and I'm watching this. Time to get back work. Fight the good fight guys!

For everyday that I don't go to the gym, I punish myself by taking a cold shower. I made taking warm showers my reward for going to the gym.

Thank you so much hamza. Though i’m very young, your videos helped me realise what I had been doing wrong the whole of 2022. My parents were really busy with work because we moved to a new place so I was at home by myself alot, but what did I do with that time? Wasted on yt shorts and cod mobile. I made the top team for basketball, but instead of training hard and going for runs I sat on my ass playing video games. I’ve rectified alot of this during the holiday and I know how I’m going to improve. Happy new year everyone! ❤

i agree with the "Stop rewarding yourself by punishing your progress" rule but I also believe that u should always get some sort of "reward" for yourself after u accomplished something , like I am productive 6 days a week and in those days I'm focused only on imposing myself but Sunday is my big rest day where I don't do anything and will just lay whole day in bed watch movies , play video games (still eat healthy tho) but then as soon the day is over I am again studying and working out and doing everything i am supposed to do and obviously what works for me may not work for other but having the mentality "grind for those 6 days at ur best u will rest on Sunday" is doing it well for me and even if i waste every Sunday I'm still fine w beein productive 28 days of the month n chillin' for those 3 or 4 sundays

I can tell you how you can absorb Hamza's videos better Step-1 = Open you diary or a notebook and take a pen Step-2= Start taking notes and write down all the steps and things he said Step-3= Write a 5 or 10 step plan on how you can implement all the tips told by him that time and the next day Step-4= The next day, keeping all the tips in mind, start applying, then see the results, if something is negatively affecting you when either you are applying it wrong or you need to change somethings. Take that point and apply it as many times as possible after knowing what to change. THIS will help you to understand his videos better and BECOME better, stop binge watching self improvement videos, start implementing self improvement videos, then only your life can change. I have been doing this since last year, I started doing it when i was 16 and now i am going to turn 17 in March. Anyways, I hope this helps
